Satra… more than just a name

SATRA or (‘Sa’lly and ‘Tra’cy) founded the partnership in 2015 with a beginning in design and property. The exceptional growth SATRA and the love of coffee saw the startup of SATRA Coffee Co. in 2021 in Port Stephens.

Co-founders Sally and Tracy share a partnership built over decades of working and living life together. With our home base located in the stunning oceanside town of Port Stephens we draw upon our many years of hospitality from around the world and time spent living in Far North Queensland. Now we are so grateful to share with you our exceptional coffee within a beautiful environment and service that comes from a place of experience and genuine hard work.
